High Pressure Die Casting

Gravity Die Casting

Gravity die casting, utilizes heat-resistant alloy steel molds. Molten metal is poured into a permanent mold or steel die, filling the cavity through gravity. The main process involves melting, mold filling, exhaust, cooling, mold opening, heat treatment, and post-processing. Rex specializes in high precision automobile and motorcycle machinery parts, power tool parts, stainless steel marine hardware, stainless steel pipe and valve parts, stainless steel building hardware components, power fittings, high conductive pure copper parts and various copper alloy precision castings.

CNC Machining After Die Casting

Aluminum casting refinement requires CNC machining, which Rex emphasizes by setting up a specialized CNC machining workshop. Complete CNC machining services, including milling, turning, grinding, boring, drilling, tapping, reaming, and inspection, are provided by Rex's 13 CNC machines, which include 3 high-speed CNC machines and 2 mirror spark EDM machines. Rex makes sure that the production process runs smoothly and without needless delays or expenses by carefully planning the production sequence and integrating resources. Using precision testing tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, depth gauges, height gauges, and roughness testers, every machined part is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets customer precision standards.

Vibration Polishing: Used for burnishing, cleaning, deburring and refining parts. Metal parts are tumbled with abrasive media and water until polished.
